Sprint Knows What’s Happening “Now”. Does That Sway Mobile Consumers?

Brilliant, brilliant ad from Sprint. I love this commercial about 10,000 times more than Dan Hesse’s attempt to be personal while showing no personality whatsoever.

Sprint can certainly market that they are in touch with what  today’s digital consumers are doing at up-to-the-minute speed. But how do they deliver? I’ve always been with AT&T, and since the iPhone is only on my network, I have no reason to switch. But can anyone who has Sprint now vouch for it being the most relevant network for the growth in mobile consumption of digital content? And what about its service? I’ve heard it pales in comparison to AT&T and Verizon.

Can Sprint back up a great marketing campaign?
